Remodel and Addition

Overview

This commercial space in Grandview Heights was completely flipped and nearly doubled in size to fit the company’s growing need for more space. We worked with the client to ensure they could keep operating as usual while we worked on the project. We started by building an addition to the existing building and upon completion of the addition, the client’s business moved operations into the new space while we worked on renovating the old side of the building.

For this renovation, we had to completely gut the place until there was nothing remaining other than the block walls. We even removed the rubber roof and replaced it with a new pitched roof.

The exterior of the building also has a completely new look with stone accented stucco and brand new windows.

When all was said and done, we had what felt like an entirely new building. The rooms were fully equipped with new industrial strength cabinetry and equipment. The building is now far more functional and fits the demands that the animal hospital required.
